Nouta v1.0.2: Typo Warnings, Faster Loading & Bug Fixes

Nouta v1.0.2 brings massive performance boosts, typo warnings for logged sets, faster loading, and essential UI fixes for a smoother workout experience.

Nouta Typo Warnings faster loading & Bug fixes changelog

Nouta v1.0.2 is here to make your logging faster and more reliable. We've introduced major performance boosts, new typo warnings for logged sets, and smoothed out several essential workout interactions.

Added

  • Typo warnings: The app now flags unusually high set values, catching accidental fat-finger typos before they can mess up your charts and PRs.

  • Promo codes & updates: Added a promo code redemption option and a manual "Check for updates" button in your Settings so you can pull in the latest improvements on demand.

Improved

  • Lightning-fast loading: Profiles, session history, and charts now instantly display cached data while refreshing in the background. Switching tabs keeps your history loaded without any delay.

  • Workout flow: Deleting sets is significantly faster, clearing out a set's input now automatically un-completes it, and haptic feedback during sessions has been refined.

  • Chart & UI polish: Charts now use an easier-to-read horizontal layout, the active text field is highlighted more clearly, and tapping the Friends tab while already on it acts as a quick "back" navigation. We also renamed the "Upgrade" button to "Support us!" to better reflect our completely free core experience.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where leaving set fields (reps, weight, RPE, time) empty caused errors; they now gracefully default to zero so your workout isn't interrupted.

  • Resolved a frustrating bug where the keyboard would abruptly dismiss when switching between input fields while editing a template.

  • Fixed a bug that accidentally created duplicate sets if you tapped the "Add Set" button rapidly, and restored the occasionally unresponsive "Start Workout" button on user profile screens.

  • Squashed a variety of layout glitches: the "End Session" summary list is now fully scrollable so it won't overflow, extra-long template names no longer overlap with action buttons, and dragging exercises to reorder them is smooth and flicker-free.
