Nouta v1.0.1: Template Exporting & App Improvements

Update Nouta to v1.0.1 for template exporting, improved friend search, smoother session history, and essential bug fixes for a better lifting experience.

Nouta template exports update

Our first update since launching is focused on smoothing out the rough edges. We've added ways to export your templates, polished up the social features, and knocked out a bunch of visual bugs to keep your workouts distraction-free.

Added

  • Template exporting: You can now export your routines, accessible via a newly added quick-action context menu on templates.

  • Changelog access: Tapping the app version in your settings now brings you directly to this web changelog.

Improved

  • Friend search & profiles: Finding lifting partners is easier with improved user search, and private profiles now display much cleaner.

  • Session history: Scrolling through your past workouts is smoother and loads seamlessly as you go.

  • Supporter checkout: Guest accounts are now prompted to create a permanent profile before subscribing to the Nouta Supporter tier, ensuring your purchase is safely linked.

  • Visual polish: Freshened up the empty template screens with new icons, clarified the error messages for incorrect login magic codes, and unified the look of disabled buttons.

Fixed

  • Eliminated an annoying screen flicker that happened in an active session after reordering your exercises.

  • Personal Records (PRs) now correctly appear when viewing a friend's session details or when expanding their full PR list.

  • Notification sorting works as intended, and the notifications screen no longer flashes when opened.

  • Squashed a bug that accidentally added double sets when editing a template or a session.

  • Resolved a handful of layout glitches, including cramped padding for Android 3-button navigation, bottom sheet heights, and keyboards getting stuck open while picking plans.
