Nouta Launch: Free Gym Tracker & Workout Log
Nouta is live! Track workouts, build templates, and view PRs with our free digital gym notebook. Features offline mode, friends, and no paywalls.

Welcome to the first official release of Nouta! We've built a free, digital gym notebook designed to get out of your way—letting you log heavy lifts, track your progress, and keep up with friends without ever paywalling your core training data.
Added
Workout logging: Track reps, weight, RPE, and time-based sets with support for warm-ups, drop sets, and supersets (including bodyweight-assisted tracking). A minimizable rest timer keeps you focused between sets.
Plans & Templates: Build your own programs, copy routines, or save an active session as a new template. You can even update a template mid-workout if your routine changes on the fly.
Progress & Charts: Visualize your volume, sessions per week, and PR progression with detailed charts, including a new radar chart to easily see your training balance.
Offline capability: Your sessions, history, and templates work completely offline and automatically sync to the cloud the moment you reconnect.
Friends & Sharing: Add friends to see their stats and templates (with profile privacy controls), and generate custom summary images to share your completed workouts.
Flexible setup: Jump straight into training using Guest Mode, then securely save your data later by linking an email. Nouta fully supports English and German, custom units, a massive exercise library, and exclusive app themes for our optional Supporter tier.
Improved
Polished the shareable session summary images for a much cleaner look.
Added dashed horizontal reference lines to all charts so you can read your trends at a glance.
Smoothed out the transition flow for users upgrading from a guest account to a permanent profile.
Fixed
Restored missing personal record (PR) indicators in the workout history view.
Squashed a few layout bugs, including a dropdown menu that was overflowing when adding custom exercises.
Resolved permission errors that were preventing some users from updating their bodyweight or uploading a profile picture.
